Troubleshooting Your Robi Comb®

Troubleshooting:

1. No buzzing when Robi Comb is turned on:
   Remove top of comb.
   If buzzing is silent with teeth off, check battery and battery connections.
   Pry metal connections out a little to make better contact.

2. Robi Comb is buzzing with teeth off:    Check that the teeth are clean by removing them from plastic housing.
   Check insulation tips, check connections by pulling metal connectors slightly out away from the walls to make a better connection.

3. Comb shuts off when touches hair:
   This may be the result of a Sensor problem. Please contact our LiceGuard technical Assistants and they will assist you on how to troubleshoot this error.
