Lifetime Guarantee Policy
LiceGuard® Egg & Lice Comb Lifetime Guarantee Policy
Customer will receive a refund or exchange at the original purchase price. The return/exchange is valid only in claims adhering to the below return policy:
1. Customer must return the item to manufacturer for laboratory inspection accompanied by at least one valid proof of purchase: Valid proof of purchase may include:
Copy of Original receipt from store or pharmacy
Copy of Original receipt from on-line purchase
Copy of Original invoice or packing slip from authorized Liceguard distributor
2. Product is guaranteed ONLY if the damage incurred is a result of a manufacturer defect.
The following do not qualify as manufacturer defect and are not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee.
Note: All claims are subject to inspection and approval by authorized production and/or laboratory associates.
- Request for exchange or refund without claim of manufacturer defect or operational malfunction
- Improper use of comb by customer resulting in damage to teeth or components
- Immersion in liquids other than boiling water for sterilization purposes
- Manual alternation or use of external tools or equipment in any attempt to adjust teeth, handle or comb components
- Boiling of comb for more than the recommended boiling time of 2-10 minutes
