ARR Health Technologies reserves the right to revise these guidelines and Terms and Conditions from time to time as the company sees fit. Users should check these terms and conditions periodically. Order Policy:
The confirmation email sent to you after you place your order sets out the final details of your order. This email is an acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered and NOT an order confirmation or order acceptance from LiceGuard®/ ARR Health Technologies. This is a record for you to keep. Prices are subject to change anytime and without notice.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we can not accept your order or you have cancelled it. We reserve the right to cancel or limit your order as the company sees fit.
Liability:
ARR Health Technologies liability shall be limited to the current market value of an item, paid at the time of your order. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages that may have occurred from one of our products or for any advice, suggestions or recommendations we give or have given you. ARR Health Technologies reserves the right to not be held responsible for any typographical errors in product title, description, picture, internet links etc.
