Thank you for choosing the Robicomb® to fight and prevent lice infestation in your school or family!

Liceguard® LLC makes every effort to ensure that its products are manufactured without any defect. However in the rare event of a defect due to faulty workmanship or materials we guarantee to repair or replace the product or any part free of charge. 

In order to exercise successfully this guaranteed service you need to follow the following steps:

  • Register the product within one year of purchase date (only for product sold in the United States):
    • Fill out the card below (A)
    • Include a copy of your purchasing receipt (you may keep the original) showing the store name and the item. (B)
    • Send (A) and (B) by post or by email (info on the form below)
  • When a problem with the device occurs best is to contact our customer service by email ( to explain the issue; or by phone (1-888-994-8213 M-F 8AM-8PM EST). If the problem cannot be resolved a replacement will be mailed to you upon the receiving of your defective comb or part (shipping cost of defective unit is the responsibility of the customer).
