Where do we ship?

Online orders on this site can be shipped directly to the U.S. and Canada. All P.O. box orders will be shipped via USPS. Overnight orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

When do we ship?

Orders placed before 3PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipped on the next business day. Certain exceptions apply and LiceGuard cannot be held responsible for any weather-related delays, holiday closings, etc.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates to the U.S. and Canada vary by location and preferred shipping method. Options and rates are available at checkout. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. or Canada.

Order Policy

The confirmation email sent to you after you place your order sets out the final details of your order. This email is an acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered and NOT an order confirmation or order acceptance from LiceGuard. This is a record for you to keep. Prices are subject to change anytime and without notice.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on shipping to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled it. We reserve the right to cancel or limit your order as the company sees fit.

We may offer Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes from time to time for use with online orders. Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes are subject to change/ expiration at anytime and without notice.

Canada Products 

Canada products will ship in bilingual packaging.

USA Products

USA product packaging is transitioning. During this period, you could get old or new packaging.
